When hired as a Product Designer, my monthly deliverables will focus on improving product usability, visual quality, user experience, and business performance. 1. Product Research & User Understanding I will conduct user research, review feedback, study user behavior, and identify pain points within the product. This helps ensure every design decision is based on real user needs. 2. User Flow & Experience Improvement I will create and improve user flows, wireframes, and journey maps to make the product easier, faster, and more enjoyable to use. 3. UI Design & Screen Creation I will design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for new features, existing product improvements, websites, dashboards, mobile apps, and other digital platforms. 4. Prototypes & Interaction Design I will create clickable prototypes that show how the product should work before development begins. This helps the team test ideas early and avoid costly mistakes. 5. Design System & Brand Consistency I will maintain and improve the design system, including colors, typography, buttons, components, icons, spacing, and layout rules, to ensure consistency across the product. 6. Feature Design Support I will work with the product, development, and business teams to design new features from concept to handoff, making sure every feature solves a clear problem. 7. Developer Handoff I will prepare clear design files, specifications, assets, and notes for developers so they can implement designs accurately and efficiently. 8. Usability Testing & Product Review I will test designs with users or stakeholders, collect feedback, and improve the experience before or after launch. 9. Monthly Design Report At the end of each month, I will provide a report showing completed designs, improvements made, pending tasks, user experience recommendations, and next steps. 10. Product Growth Recommendations I will suggest design improvements that can increase user engagement, conversion, retention, and overall product quality.
